MAINTENANCE PACKAGE

Because it is not always easy to manage certain things remotely, we have developed our “maintenance” service in the form of a monthly package.

Rest easy, we take care of paying your bills, keeping your home in perfect condition and much more!

Choose our PREMIUM plan for the first time and open at least 5 consecutive weeks of rental to benefit from a commission rate at20% instead of 25%* the first 6 months.

Our agency only charges commission when there are reservations in your accommodation;
The platforms to which we are connected charge commissions on each reservation ranging from 3% to 17%*... we do not charge them additionally, the prices published by these partners are automatically increased.
We pay you the share due to you, after deduction of our commission, upon receipt of payment and very generally, in less than 48 hours.
