Our agency only charges commission when there are reservations in your accommodation;

The platforms to which we are connected charge commissions on each reservation ranging from 3% to 17%*... we do not charge them additionally, the prices published by these partners are automatically increased.

We pay you the share due to you, after deduction of our commission, upon receipt of payment and very generally, in less than 48 hours.

* 5% discount offered on the TRANQUILITE package for the first 12 months, for the very first broadcast of an accommodation offer.
Register your accommodation in the TRANQUILITE formula for the first time and open at least 5 consecutive weeks of rental to benefit from acommission rate at 25% instead of 30%* the first year.
